  • Can I combine spend from multiple accounts into a single account?

    Your Reward Points are tied to your specific email address, so they cannot be transferred between accounts.

  • Can I use two Reward Points code on one order?

    You can only use one coupon code per order. If you have already redeem a reward as a code and want to use all of your points, get in touch and we can revoke the initial reward code and reissue a new code for the full amount of points you have available.

  • Can Reward Points be used together with a discount code?

    Only one code can be used at once per order.

  • Do redeemed vouchers expire?

    Unused vouchers expire 6 months after they've been redeemed.

  • Do Reward Points expire?

    Your Reward Points balance will expire 6 months after your last purchase date. If you make a purchase within 6 months, your Reward Points expiry date will be reset from your latest purchase date. If you haven't made a purchase in 6 months or more, your Reward Points balance will expire.
